This project enhances an existing home with thoughtfully designed outdoor amenity spaces, including a new open-air pool cabana with a summer kitchen, pool cabana bathroom, and storage. A standout feature is the use of ipe wood, which creates a seamless transition from the pool deck to an overhead canopy that folds into a privacy screen, then cascades back down to define a separate private lounge area.

The design also incorporates a new pool, ipe deck, and lush landscaping, culminating in a secluded spa surrounded by a tropical environment. This careful integration of materials and detailing adds warmth, continuity, and a sense of privacy, creating an inviting retreat for relaxation and entertainment.
