This project entailed a full gut renovation of a historically contributing home within the Morningside Historic District, focusing on modernizing the space while preserving its historical character. The design restores key architectural elements, such as original moldings and windows, and introduces contemporary finishes and open-plan living spaces that enhance both the home’s flow and functionality
In addition to the interior renovation, the design extends to a new outdoor amenity space, featuring a sleek pool that becomes the focal point of the property.

This new area serves as a connector between the two buildings on-site, creating a seamless transition from the historic home to the updated structure. The outdoor space is carefully designed to foster relaxation and outdoor living, providing a harmonious balance between the built environment and the natural landscape. The result is a refined space that honors the home’s heritage while offering modern comforts and a dynamic outdoor retreat.
